Previous Shooting Day June 2022

We’re still buzzing at Onecom from the clay pigeon shooting event, hosted last week the prestigious Bisley Shooting Ground, in partnership with The UKCCF and Five9. Huge thanks to all out guests for coming along to a thankfully sunny day in the great outdoors and for participating in our challenge to come up with the most imaginative use of an Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA). One of the best use cases was, “…providing information regarding specific water quality per area, plus any works being completed by area with completion timescales to ensure our customers are always in the know.” Those Cazoo Classic DP World Tour VIP are on their way to our brilliant winner!

It was a successful day, focused on harnessing the power of the Intelligent Cloud Contact Centre to delight customers, empower the digital and human workforce, and increase overall business agility. We’re grateful for all the fantastic feedback which followed!
