“Due to the current outbreak of the Covid-19 virus and following government guidelines, The UK Contact Centre Forum have made the decision to suspend all face-to-face events for the foreseeable future. The safety and wellbeing of our delegates, speakers and our staff takes the highest priority at all of our events and we want to ensure any risks are minimised.
To ensure that you are still getting benefit from your membership, we will be replacing events with Webinars. You will receive invites to these sessions via email in the normal way. We plan on holding 30-60 minute sessions, focusing on one topic each time. All webinar sessions will be recorded and loaded into a library for you to view and share with colleagues.
Once we are able to resume with face-to-face events, we will make an announcement via email to you all.
