Advisor of the Month

UKCCF believe that UK and Irish contact centre and customer service advisors are the unsung heroes of their organisation and within the customer service industry as a whole. They are on the frontline of any business, dealing with never-ending, wide range of enquiries, but their role can sometimes be under appreciated.

As we want to show how much we value these employees, the UKCCF is proud to provide a recognition programme to find our very own Advisor of the Month, within all UK and Ireland contact centres. The competition commences on the 1st of each month, nominations for that calendar month will stop being accepted after the 24th. The winner will be announced in Contact Centre Monthly and on the UKCCF website the following month.
